Settings

The Settings page (left sidebar → Settings) controls global configuration for your Listmonk instance.

SpringUp manages the server-level configuration. This page covers the settings you can adjust yourself from inside the Listmonk dashboard.

Privacy

These are off by default. Enable them if you need GDPR-style self-service.

SMTP

SMTP settings control how Listmonk sends email. SpringUp pre-configures this for your instance. If you need to change the sending address or use a different mail provider, contact support@springup.software.

You can add multiple SMTP hosts under Settings → SMTP. Listmonk will use them in round-robin or as failover depending on configuration.

To test an SMTP setting, click Send test email next to the host entry.

Bounces

Listmonk can process bounce notifications from your mail provider and automatically blocklist hard-bounced addresses. This is configured at the server level by SpringUp — contact us if you want it enabled for your instance.
